Habib Salo, the CEO of YoungNails, joined VaynerMentors during the VaynerX days to rebuild his family business into a modern cosmetics brand. To better understand the business, Sabir visited YoungNails' offices, factory, classrooms, and multiple buildings in California. Drawing from this in-depth knowledge, Sabir crafted a comprehensive 50-page strategy during his flight back to New York. The strategy detailed process improvements and an eCommerce roadmap to propel YoungNails to new heights.

Upon receiving the strategy, Habib printed and pasted every page in his war room, treating it as his blueprint for success. The strategy focused on optimizing operations, scaling the eCommerce business on YoungNails.com (direct-to-salon channel) and Amazon, and reducing reliance on distributors and retailers. By taking control back into his hands, Habib embarked on a journey of transformation.

Throughout the process, Habib and Sabir had regular phone conversations, ensuring alignment and addressing any challenges that arose. Habib's dedication was evident during the busy Black Friday sale, where he worked hands-on in the warehouse to fulfill orders.
