Can I get a refund?
No. Monthly and annual memberships are non-refundable. Monthly memberships run through the end of the active 30-day billing cycle after cancellation with 1 month notice. 12-month prepay memberships run through the end of the active 365-day cycle after cancellation.

Annual prepay memberships remain active through the end of the current 365-day cycle.
